I am having difficulties compiling gcc on AT&T UNIX system V/386  3.2.2
I can compile it with cc but recompiling gcc with itself fails.
I am not using GAS and GNU-LD.  I have converted the gnulib to 
BSD format as per instructions in README-ENCAP.  Has anyone 
compiled this successfully?  My ultimate goal is g++.  Any suggestions
or comments would be of great help.
