I've been at the Interex conference for the last 3 days.  I've talk to
several HP employees and managers.  I have talked to Mark G. Solle,
Response Center Operations, Manager Worldwide Response Center
Operations,(hows that for a title :-)).  He is very aware of the letter
and I have heard that higher management it aware of it or read it.

The net seems to have HP's attention, now we get to see what happens.
