I have a serial Microsoft-compatible mouse that came with a "mouse.com" driver
and little documentation.  I would like to adjust the sensitivity of the mouse
for use with a drawing program.  Are there command-line parameters for
mouse.com to adjust the sensitivity, or is an applications program supposed
to be responsible for adjusting the resolution?
