Where've you been looking?  The back pages of Byte, PC, PC Week, or
Infoworld all have much better prices than what you quoted.

Microprocessors Unlimited (24,000 S. Pretoria Ave., Beggs, OK, 74421,
918-267-4961) carries 8087-2's (the 8MHz part) for $120.  CompuAdd
(12303 Technology Blvd, Austin, TX, 78727, 800-288-3483, or at a
CompuAdd retail store near you) has 8087's on sale; $89 for 5 MHz, $129
for 8 MHz, and $159 for 10 MHz.  PC Connection (6 Mill St., Marlow, NH,
03456, 800-243-8088) has them for a comparable price.  I've heard good
things about all three firms, and have done business with the latter
two.
