Yes, the AdLib is A game support card.  There are others.

I have seen it advertised for US$99, and the SoundBlaster for US$159.

I forget the company name, but they are in the back of PCMag (full page ad),
and also in Computer Shopper (two page ad).  Somewhere in Wisconsin, I recall.
