Lauderdale, FL Lines: 20 I (very) recently purchased a Parasonic C1381 color monitor. It is spec'ed to run at rates up to 1024x768 interlaced. I have noticed a couple of quirks and wondered if I should consider returning the monitor and upgrading to a Sony 1304... 1. The monitor uses relays(!) internally to support the multisync capability. Switch from 640x400 to 800x600 and the sucker -clicks-. I'm concerned with durability. 2. At 800x600 I begin to see the left edge of the picture pincushion. Don't know about 1024x768 -- I'll be adding the 2nd 256k bank of memory to my ATI Wonder shortly. Should I shut up and be happy, or spend another $250 and get the Sony? I'm sure somebody out there has experience with the C1381 and can help with my decision. -- -- W. David Higgins (hrshcx!wdh) -- Harris Computer Systems, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33309 305-973-5351
