I have a multi-frequency monitor that can handle VGA 800x600 but no
higher.  I'm now using an EGA with a booster crystal to give me 640x480,
but I think it's time for 800x600.  Can anyone recommend a good 800x600
VGA card for around $150?  It should have driver support for Win3, etc.
