Be prepared to PAY for the call. You'll probably be on hold for
several (and I mean SEVERAL!) minutes... Also, try to get as many
details as you can and give them all the info you can about your
system; otherwise you might end up calling them back for not getting
the correct info in the first place (believe me, it happens! :-))
