I am trying to decide whether to pursue the RISC, DSP, or 486 path for
semi-casual math applications. I figure DSP is the only choice for real-time
but how well deos the 387 and 486 perform? I have used the '287 and found it
dissapointing. What kind of performance deos the 486 offer?
