What you want to ask for is the "Advance Information data for the 68230 PI/T". Their 68000 uP products book has a few pages with electrical specifications, timing diagrams, and brief register summary. The 68230 is *such* a complex chip, though, that you really need the advance information book with detailed register descriptions. A really neat chip. Too bad Intel doesn't have anything for 80xxx processors more complex than a 8255 ..... Good luck! -- Mark A.
