MacConnection (1-800-334-4444) has it advertised in the latest issue of
MacWorld for $34 from a company called Premier Technology (???).  I got
a copy for the MACII when 2.0 came out.  Color helps a lot (green land,
blue water) but it is not great.  I have used it on a large Radius
monitor where you can see almost 
the whole world.
