Message-ID: <39897.26d3b806@pttrnl.nl> Date: 23 Aug 90 10:03:33 GMT Lines: 16 The Penny + Giles TrackerMouse Plus combines three features that makes it perfect for the application I am using : -It has an infra red receiver -It is a trackerball and can be used without a flat surface -It has user assignable function keys Only one problem : It's an MSDOS peripheral!! The trackerball is compatible to a Microsoft mouse, so the problem can be redefined : How can I connect a MSDOS Microsoft compatible mouse to a MAC II? Should I connect it to the serial port and write a software-driver that simulates an Apple-mouse? If this is possible The Operating System and User Interface Toolbox would take over at higher levels. This seems to me the best solution, but I would appreciate any other suggestions that someone may have. Thanks, Nils Nugteren
