No one here in Atlanta has been able to give me a satisfactory answer to
my questions about Apple's developer programs.

I'd like to know what levels of developer support Apple currently provides
(and their prices :-) In addition, is there any way for non-developers,
or those below level X, to get _freely distributed_ (e.g. the CDs's, CDEF 63,
and so on) materials from that level?
