A while back, some one posted a listing for an 'inside macintosh'
style manual, offered it in binhexed Microsoft Word and just plain
next formats, and suggests that people write to him if they wanted
email copies.  I remember the address was somewhere at SRI.

Well, I got the file, but I lost it.  I also lost who sent it.  If
anyone knows who the author was, could you send the info to
ramaley@csli.stanford.edu?

Of course, if the author is reading this, could he send the binhexed
Microsoft Word version?
