Keywords: login, find apps Message-ID: Date: 23 Aug 90 14:24:07 GMT Sender: news@ut-emx.UUCP Distribution: comp Lines: 15 Every time I log into my NeXT at console it run Find applications (correct?). This does slow things down quite a bit especially if I just want to check mail or use a Stuart window real quick. Seeing as how there are only two console users on this system, and only one real active one (as far as adding applications, fixing stuff, programming, etc), applications are not added regularly. Is it possible for me to turn off this finding of apps at login? Or is it hard coded? john -- | John R.
