Keywords: icm-3216,boards,upgrades Message-ID: <1801@oucsace.cs.OHIOU.EDU> Date: 22 Aug 90 17:47:48 GMT Distribution: usa Organization: Ohio University CS Dept., Athens Lines: 27 Our lab has an ICM-3216 system we purchased several years ago. It's given good service (very good considering the price), but it would be nice to add an Ethernet board, and perhaps a terminal expansion board. I know both of these exist, but I'm not sure who to talk to about it. I expect it will mean upgrading all sorts of things, but as long as it isn't very expensive (this is a University lab, after all) I don't think that will be a problem. I haven't called anyone about this; I thought it might be best to start here first, rather than call all around and *then* ask... I can find out revisions and versions, but which ones are important -- each board and several ships all have their own numbers, not to mention the software... We would also want ARPA-type software (telnet, ftp, sockets). We have a source license, but getting the source will depend on how much it costs.
