Bob,
I Can't tell you if it would work, but keep the following in mind if you try.

1) Is it in violation of Zenith's license agreement?
2) 3.3+ is not completely compatible with everything.
	Norton 4.5 AE won't run on my Z-248 with 3.3+, but it ran
	ok with 3.21 :-(
3) Wait and see what DOS 5.0 has. :-)
