I have posted to comp.fonts and comp.text.tex a list of all of the fonts
that are available (free or otherwise) in Metafont format.

If you have Metafont, you can generate most or all of these fonts in any 
size and resolution, for a wide range of printers.

I have also included details on how to convert between various font formats,
and given some guidelines on them with other packages such as troff.
