There's a pk2sfp in psroff 2.0 which is in the queue for comp.sources.unix.
Alternately, you can get it via FTP from:
	- gatekeeper.dec.com (16.1.0.2) as anonymous,
	  file /pub/misc/psroff-2.0.tar.Z,
	  courtesy Paul Vixie (vixie@wrl.dec.com)
	- cs.toronto.edu as anonymous,
	  file pub/psroff.tar.Z,

pk2sfp isn't particularly large by itself, but it's difficult
to disentangle from the rest of psroff, so I suggest you pick
up the whole package.
