I have mailed many requests for an order form for TeX 3.0 to:
     elisabete@max.acs.washington.edu

since I had read in this newsgroup that that was the proper place to
order it. I have had no reply so far. I guess that either my mail
or her reply is dropping into a black hole, or that is NOT the
proper place to send requests.

I WANT to support the TeX updates and maintaining of software and
archives, which is why I would like to send a check to U Wash, instead
of just ftp'ing it.

So... if anyone out there knows what the correct address is, please
post it for myself and others. If elisabete@uwash is reading this,
please send me an order form.
