I am working with someone who is running an ISC 2.0.2 system with a wd ESDI controller and a couple of Maxtor 338 MB drives. To make a long story short he wants to upgrade to SCSI. We were planning to use a A1542B as the controller, and add a SCSI Imprimis WREN along with the two Maxtors going through the Adaptec ACB-4525Z. Typical of any jerry rigging we figure it can't be that easy. What I was wondering has any one done something similar, and what problems you ran into. (Any comments from Roy Neese?)
