Platform: DS5000 running Ultrix 3.1d (soon 4.0).
Goal:     Hook up a film recorder that uses SCSI, 
          emulating a "printer device".

Can I read and write bytes to a vanilla scsi device,
using the Ultrix 3.1d scsi driver?  How?
By treating it as a raw disk?  tape?  another trick?
