The sources on UUNET are the latest versions pubilically available
from UCB. They currently are from the 4.3-tahoe tape and the "networking"
tape. When available, the non-licensed files from the 4.3-reno tape will 
put on line.

4.4BSD has not been released. It certainly wont be released this year.
It might be released next year. So, its a tad difficult for UUNET to
put the 4.4 sources on line right now.
