I have a Logitech hi-res bus mouse. The WIN3 MS mouse driver
is selected for this mouse. It won't work with Ventrua Publisher
when not running windows.

The solution is to use the Logitech driver (NOT the WIN3 Logitech
driver, the one that came with the mouse). It will work under
both WIN3 and Ventura.
