It's definatly tough to reach Precision Software for support. We have their product in here and it took a couple of days for someone to get back to me when I asked a question. The thing is, it's a wonderful product (except for the fact that it doesn't follow any of the Windows standards on how to do things). We use it here for our bug tracking database and we have a front end that looks nice and is easy to use and we're able to generate reports easily. It's definatly the best data-base product I've seen for Windows -- "Organized fandom is composed of a bunch of nitpickers with a thing for trivial pursuit." -Harlan Ellison Patrick Deupree -> patrickd@chinet.chi.il.us
