Lines: 12 I've only needed to talk to Microsoft tech support a couple of times, and it has worked well. I just called the phone number that is included in the manual. A coworker of mine has used Microsoft tech support, perhaps more than I have. She also never had trouble reaching a real person. (She did have a bit of trouble trying to reach someone who really knew enough about the advanced features of Word to help her with her problem, but that's a different issue.) Jim jmann@es.stratus.com
