Is the format of the .ICO files created by ICONDRAW public?  If anybody has
this information, I would appreciate it if you could send it to me over
E-mail.  Also, does anyone know how to attach a .ICO file to a .EXE file
so that windows can find it?  I am interested in attaching custom icons to
NON-WINDOWS applications.  Maybe only window applications can contain an icon?
