I would like to build xview2 for an R3-server.  

When setting PreR4Server to 'YES' (in Xview.cf), 'make World' tries 
to compile the file './lib/libxvol/misc/xv_icccm.c' which doesn't 
seem to exist in the whole distribution. 

I have sent a number of mail messages to various individuals
in an attempt to track down a source for this file.  Unfortunately,
I have not received any replies.

Has anyone successfully created an R3 version of xview2?  If so,
could you please enlighten me?

On a similar note, are there any significant differences between the
R3 and R4 versions that make the R3 version undesirable?
