There is a multi-user time management tool called Synchronize(tm),
available from CrossWind Technologies, Inc.  It displays common available
times for a selected subset of users, allowing easy scheduling of meetings
without conflicts.  It also features recurring events, to-do items that
automatically propogate if not checked off, alarms, popup notes, reminders,
etc., etc., etc.  We use it all the time, and couldn't survive without it!
