The scroll bars in a scrolled text seems to default to use the color
black, even on a color machine.  Is there any way to change it?  I
like the scroll bars in xmdialogs; but I looked and looked at the
source and the resource file and couldn't figure out what to do/not do
in order to get the forground color of the scroll bars to anything but
black.  Any help on this would be deeply appreciated.
