Robert, I will find out first hand this Friday when I get to town for 
some work for the Developemental Disabilities PIP project.  The good news 
from this end is "The T" has agreed to purchase "Q-Straints" for our 27 
antiques RTS II's and the general manager has promised a place on thw 
advisory board.  Next stop Atlanta, GA for ADAPT's first step toward 
getting a national Attendant Program to replacethe "warehouseing" in 
curent medicare medicaid programs which impoverish and virtually imprison 
recipients.  ADAPT  -- American Disabled for Attendant Programs Today
