The latest version of Tinytalk is TTALK013.ZIP, available for download or 
FREQ on 1:115/778.  This version fixes a bug that would cause the wrong 
line to be spoken on cursor movements when using Borland editors, and 
also provides some improvement in the way letter-number combinations 
(like ham calls) are spoken.
