I hate to say this, but looks impossible!  I know they make
escalator chairs that go up and down stairs, but how do you get the
chair up?  I guess you could have several chairs at the top to
transfer into, but how many?  And maybe you could modify the
escalator to carry a chair, but is the stairway wide enough?
