Iowa State University is in the process of establishing a campus news
server.  We'd like people on all of our timesharing systems to be able
to read news.  Our problem systems are our VMS systems.  

We've found a version of VNEWS for VMS but would rather offer rn and
have a consistent news interface across a variety of operating systems.

The question:  Is there a port of rn for VMS operating systems?
