It is a kind of cake which I believe is from Germany and it has (as the name says) a tree trunk format. I think it is not baked, so if you can give me alternatives in how to make it and/or tell where can I get any special utensil needed I would be very grateful. I have been searching this recipe for a long time and the few times I could eat this cake I liked very much. It was made by a local chocolate factory that dooesn't make it anymore and when it did it was very expensive so I couldn't have it many times. It was available during Christmas only.
