Does anyone have a recipe for Canadian Cheese Soup? 
It's a favorite of mine and kind of tough to come by.
I had to go all the way to the Canada pavilion at EPCOT Center
for my last bowl.  (On a recent trip to Alberta I asked the inn keeper
where I might find some, and she'd never heard of it!)
I think it also goes by Beer Cheese Soup and other similar names.
