These things are called "Block Convertors."  They move the whole block of
cable frequencies into the VHF/UHF range so that a standard TV tuner will
pull them in.

A typical price is $30 - $35, you can probably find one for considerably
less if you search a little.  I know Radio Shlock _used_ to carry them, I
would imagine they still do...
