Has anyone heard what our current DEFCON is?  It's interesting, in
that we're closer to a full mobilization than any time in my adult
lifetime, but not with the Russians.  I doubt we'll launch ICBM's at
Saddam, so it's not clear to me at all if DEFCON's have meaning in the
current situation...
