For those of you who want to vote AGAINST sci.engr, I am posting 
this note to let you use your 'R' key, since my user-id is the 
place where no votes should go.  Just put in the body of your note

I vote no for sci.engr.

Sorry about any confusion this causes.  Ron and I hoped having two
separate vote boxes would make the tally easier.

Please make sure you read the Call for Votes before you vote.
