I doubt if a single judge anywhere in the US would consider such a setup constitutional. Here in BC denominational schools are treated the same under the law as any private school, which means they do get some partial funding from the government. I think that even this would result in some legal tussles in the US, although I'm no expert in that area. P. Durham
