In other words, the curse on the earth will be repealed when the curse of sinful nature is repealed from the resurrected elect, in the Kingdom of God. I think. I also think that this is what is meant by the repeated references to "new heavens and a new earth": an entirely restored order of things, with the curse, in general, repealed.
