I'm using Mat Waites' Turbo C makefile to compile Elvis.  It seems
correct except for the fact that 'system.obj' was missing from
the OBJ line.  I am, however, having problems linking.  Specifically:

Turbo Link  Version 2.0  Copyright (c) 1987, 1988 Borland International
Undefined symbol 'LXLSH@' in module blk.c
Undefined symbol '_signal' in module curses.c
tlink /c i:\lang\turboc\lib\C0l @elvis.cmd,elvis.exe,, i:\lang\turboc\lib\Cl
make: error code 1
make: `elvis.exe' removed.

A clue, anyone?
