I have been persuaded that it might be a good idea to attempt to organise a panel session on the above topic. Before I rush off and prepare the proposal, I thought I should gather some suggestions. 

Please reply accordingly:

a) This is/(is not) a good topic, for the following reasons...

b) I will be attending IJCAI91 (in sunny Sydney) and I suggest the following person would make a good panel member for these reasons....
