Other folks since then have asked about performance monitoring tools. At the time, I tried (from memory) to indicate where code supporting logical pathnames and a defsystem facility could be found. I was almost right. Here's the correct location: anonymous FTP to a.gp.cs.cmu.edu cd /usr/mkant/Public (note the uppercase "P"!) Also be aware that, thanks to Andrew security, you must do the cd in one shot; guests don't have access to /usr or /usr/mkant. There are several cool Common Lisp utilities there, including the defsystem, logical pathnames, performance monitoring, and cross-referencing tools.
