  The FTP account has been moved to jaguar.cs.wisc.edu.  Apparently
derby's FTP was disabled at more or less the same time (I was hoping
for a longer transition period).  TinyTalk 1.1.3 can be FTPed from
jaguar.cs.wisc.edu (128.105.1.202).
