Borland will not allow us to photocopy their instructional materials or manuals, so we would like your recommendations on third party books that won't cost "too much", but will provide a reasonable tutorial and a good, thoroughly indexed reference section. Please indicate title, author, publisher, year, price, number of pages, ratio of tutorial to reference, and other useful comments. Thanks in advance! -Chris Christopher E.
