You can 'join' the North American Ingres Users Association by calling
1-800-4-INGRES and asking for Mary Ellen Kay (Or E-mail to 
kay@cats.ingres.com).   She will put you on the appropriate mailing lists 
to get that kind of information.   The NAIUA meets once a year, the next 
meeting in May '91 in San Jose.  There are also a variety of local/regional 
users groups.
