I am having problems with a Hayes 2400 baud modem. I have tried it with several different communication programs. Whenever I dial a number, as soon as the number is dialed the modem hangs up. I have sent the modem back to Hayes for repair this is the second modem from Hayes. I have played around with the register settings, and have gotten varried results. Help!!! Our purchasing department is having mild strokes over this.
