I am a US-Sprint customer and called Customer Support this evening. After a couple minute wait for an available agent I explained what I wanted. The agent, who did not act surprised, asked for my phone number, put me on hold to lookup my account information, then explained that in 14 days I would receive the information. Then she attempted to sell me on an additional US-Sprint service. I guess that leaves them about ten days to figure out what they are going to say and get it aproved since it appears they were not prepared. Wallace
