To begin with, a minor flame:
	WHY THE HELL DID DEC BOTHER PUTTING A TERMINFO CLONE IN VMS
	IF THEY DIDN'T PLAN TO USE IT?

Does anyone have an editor for VAX/VMS that uses the screen management
library, and thus can take advantage of the fact that SMG now supports
non-DEC terminals? EDT and TPU are both hardcoded for VTxxx terminals.
